Helping families understand the home buying and selling process is my priority!
I love working with buyers and sellers long before they start the pre-approval process! I meet with many of my clients sometimes months or even years prior to starting the search for a new home. Understanding your financial situation, your goals, your needs, and your wants can take time. I am extremely patient and appreciate the financial and physical situation of every client, because every client is in a unique place when considering this very large investment and life change. My services include working with individuals and families to buy, sell, relocate, or rent a home, seeking land or home for investment opportunities, New Construction, and land purchases.
I also assist in relocating my clients by researching referral partners all over the country, so that we know you are equally protected when buying or selling anywhere outside of Missouri. I have numerous referral partners/handyman services who offer "fair & honest" work and pricing, should your current or future home need upgrades and or improvements prior to selling and or after the sale.
My services and my communication do not stop at the closing table! I continue to follow up with each of my clients periodically throughout the years through calls, text, pop by visits, and annual customer appreciation events, cards, and or customer improvement evaluation appointments, so that you know you are investing your time and money into the best possible return on investment everytime! Even if you never sell your home, I am happy to be there to assist in the improvement decision making! I don't just want to be your preferred Realtor, I want to be your partner in what may be your biggest financial decision!
